Future Fights

February 21: University Prep Graduate and Cobra Kai Fighter, Jamal Pogues will be fighting for the LFA  Light Heavyweight Title. The event to be held at Mystic Lake Casino Hotel in Prior Lake, Minnesota.

March 7: Brian Sarchet will be representing Universal Grappling Academy in Victorville and Sun Davis will be representing Houdini Grips Jiu Jitsu in Helandale  at a Gladiator Challenge event held at the Soboba Sports Complex in San Jacinto, CA.

March 14: Ryan Gattis  will be representing Cobra Kai in Victorville at Hendo Sport Management event held at the Dan Henderson’s AFC in Temecula, CA

March 21: California Fight League returns to the SBC Fairgrounds in Victorville. Local MMA fighters on the card:  Tony Gomez (Cobra Kai), Juan “Buddah” Rubio (Cobra Kai), Ramona Esparza (Mafra BJJ in Hesperia), and Michelle Winkhart (White Tiger in Hesperia) are on the fight card.

April 5:  Aaron Williams (Cobra Kai) will be defending his title belt and Phelan resident Johnny Munoz will be defending his title belt at a King of the Cage event held at the Toyota Arena in Ontario, CA.  Jonathan Noriega (Cobra Kai), Adrian Bartee (Cobra Kai), Angel Munoz (Serrano Grad),and Brandon Rivera (Victor Valley Grad) are also on the fight card.


February 8: Hesperia Graduate and Cobra Kai fighter Dominick Reyes lost to Jon Jones in the UFC Light Heavyweight title.  Reyes lost via 5 round unanimous decision.  The event was held at the Toyota Center in Houston.

 February 1: Robert Hernandez representing Cobra Kai in Victorville won via three round unanimous decision at a King of the Cage event held at the Chinook Winds Casino in Lincoln City, OR.
January 25: Sultana Graduate Juan Archuleta defeated Henry Corrales at a Bellator 238 event held at The Forum in Inglewood, CA. Archuleta won via three round unanimous decision. (29-28, 29-28, 29-28)
January 11: Victor Valley Graduate Carlos Morales lost to Cody Davis via submission 2:51 into round two at a SparStarMMA event held at the Commerce Casino.
